To create a Corporate Identity for a new start-up Real Estate Company. What you will be creating to hand-in

3. Company Presentation Folder (your design with dieline)
4. Company 4 Colour Print Magazine Ad
5. Company Animated Banner ads (2 different sizes)
6. For Sale Sign Design
7. Iphone or Ipad app Icon and app GUI (Graphical user interface.)
8. Interactive Client Presentation ( interactive PDF )
   
   
   
   The Process
   
   1 Final Semi Comp - PDF due by week 8
   (see week 7 brief)
   
   This company would be similar to a friend or family member who is ready to start-up there own real-estate company in London focusing first on residential home then expanding to commercial. This person is turning to you to create a new fresh identity to help them compete with already established real estate companies. Your clients advantage is your creativity.
   
   Research
   See what type of Real - Estate promotions are going on in London and see how you can help your client stand out.
   
   The Design
   The design of the pieces should have some continuity to with the branding of your client. You have total creative control. This client has no idea what they want. So you must come up with it.
   
   Files to Hand-IN
   I will be giving you specs on all pieces that you will be designing for print. PLUS you must organize all the pieces into a PDF presentation as if you were presenting it to the client. This PDF presentation can be set up how ever you would like. It will be handed in with all of your files.
